An introduction to Mindfulness
Discover the power in being present. The reality of a situation and what we think is happening are two different things. The mind interprets and fills in gaps and our habitual perspectives trigger automatic reactions. Most of the time we’re not even aware this is happening. Mindfulness allows us to notice this so we can respond to any situation with mastery and skill.
Mindful Communication
Mindfulness can help us communicate more effectively and meaningfully with others, and support us to achieve our goals.
Emotional Intelligence and Managing Emotions
Discover how to manage confusing emotions like frustration, anxiety or anger. Experience the power that comes from finding the space to respond differently.
NB: I also offer a workshop specifically for those experiencing anxiety.
Self-Awareness - Uncovering our Authentic Self
Being authentic makes us more effective. Whether you are new to your role or an experienced leader, I offer a number of workshops to support you in your journey.
Navigating Change
Mindfulness can help us understand the internal adjustments that we go through in coming to terms with change. This workshop offers the opportunity to reflect more deeply on our responses to change and explore how to proactively navigate it.
I offer day workshops or shorter introductory sessions and am happy to adapt them to suit your needs.
I mainly work in London, however I am happy to travel.
I charge between £300 - £500 for a half-day workshop and up to £700 a day. (Max 25 people per workshop).
